1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR

The Sponsor and sole administrator of this Sweepstakes is Gillzilla LLC (the "Sponsor"), located at 82 Wendell Ave. STE 100 Pittsfield, MA, 01201, USA. Sponsor operates the Instagram accounts @Gillzilla.Official and @Daily.Fishing.Reels, the TikTok account @Daily.Fishing.Reels, and the Facebook page "Daily Fishin Reels". This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. All inquiries regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor via Instagram DM to @Daily.Fishing.Reels or @Gillzilla.Official or email to contact@shopgillzilla.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and contractors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on [START DATE, July 4th, 2026] at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on [END DATE, October 4th, 2026] at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). All times referenced in these Rules are Eastern Time. Entries received before the start or after the end of the Entry Period will be disqualified. Sponsor's computer or designated entry tracking system is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER AND ENTRY LIMITS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. There is one (1) primary method of entry into the Sweepstakes:

Primary Social Media Entry Method (Free):

During the Entry Period, complete ALL of the following steps to receive one (1) entry:

• Follow @Gillzilla.Official on Instagram;

• Follow @Daily.Fishing.Reels on Instagram;

• Follow @Daily.Fishing.Reels on TikTok;

• Follow "Daily Fishin Reels" on Facebook;

• Locate the official giveaway announcement post (the "Giveaway Post") posted by @Gillzilla.Official or @Daily.Fishing.Reels on Instagram;

• Like the Giveaway Post; and

• Leave a comment on the Giveaway Post that includes the exact hashtag or phrase specified in the Giveaway Post caption (example: #GillzillaKayakGiveaway or "Reel in the Kayak with Gillzilla").

Entry Limit & Cap: Limit of one (1) entry per natural person/household for the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of the number of Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook accounts used or the number of comments posted. The total number of entries accepted into the Sweepstakes is strictly capped at one thousand (1,800). Entries will be recorded and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

(based on the timestamp of the qualifying comment on the Giveaway Post) until the earlier of (a) 1,800 valid, unique, and eligible entries have been received or (b) the close of the Entry Period. Once the 1,800-entry cap is reached, the Giveaway Post will be updated to reflect that entries are closed, and no further entries (social or mail-in) will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to verify that each entrant is following all required accounts at the time of entry and at the time of the drawing, and to disqualify any incomplete, duplicate, bot-generated, or otherwise invalid entries.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE — Mail-In, Free):

To enter without using social media, during the Entry Period hand-print your full legal name, complete physical mailing address (no P.O. Boxes for prize shipping), valid email address, daytime phone number, date of birth, and the words "GILLZILLA KAYAK GIVEAWAY ENTRY" on a standard 3" × 5" postcard or plain piece of paper. Place the card in a properly stamped business-size envelope and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received by Sponsor no later than [END DATE + 5 business days, e.g., October 4th, 2026]. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person/household. Each valid mail-in entry will be assigned an entry number and treated equally with social media entries for purposes of the random drawing and the 1,800-entry cap. Illegible, incomplete, or late mail-in entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND INSTAGRAM LIVE DRAWING

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received (subject to the 1,800-entry cap). The random drawing will be performed by Sponsor or its designated independent administrator live on Instagram Live during a public broadcast on the @Daily.Fishing.Reels (or @Gillzilla.Official) Instagram account on or about [DRAWING DATE, October 4th, 2026] at approximately [7:00 PM ET]. The potential winner does not need to be present on the Live broadcast to win. Sponsor will use a transparent, auditable random selection method (electronic random name/ number picker, randomized list, or physical drawing of numbered entry slips). The drawing may be recorded and/or replayed. Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, the drawing, and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION, VERIFICATION & PRIZE CLAIM

The potential winner will be announced by Instagram username/handle during the Live broadcast and will also receive an Instagram Direct Message (and email if provided) from Sponsor within approximately 24–48 hours after the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within two (2) calendar days and provide: (a) full legal name and shipping address; (b) proof of identity and age (government-issued photo ID); (c) confirmation or screenshots proving they were following all four (4) required accounts at the time of the drawing; (d) a signed and notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release; and (e) a completed IRS Form W-9 (if the ARV of the prize is $600 or more). Failure to respond timely, provide required documentation, or pass verification will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to require additional information or to conduct a background check or social media audit. The prize will be shipped only after all verification requirements are satisfied.

7. PRIZE

The prize is: One (1) Old Town Sportsman AutoPilot 120 Fishing Kayak (including paddle, seat, and standard accessories) (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,499.99. Actual retail value may vary. The Prize will be shipped via standard ground carrier to the verified physical shipping address (no P.O. Boxes) provided by the winner within approximately fourteen (14) to thirty (30) days after verification is complete. Winner is solely responsible for: all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (Sponsor may file Form 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC with the IRS if ARV ≥ $600); any shipping upgrades, insurance, or expedited delivery; any state or local kayak registration, title, permit, or licensing fees; transportation from delivery location; storage; maintenance; and all other costs associated with acceptance, ownership, and use of the Prize. The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received but will be no worse than 1 in 1,800 (if the maximum of 1,800 entries is reached).

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASES & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and platform providers (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook), and each of their respective parents, successors, and assigns, from and against any

and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; (b) acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; (c) any technical errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind; (d) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; or (e) any injury, death, or damage to person or property that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes or the Prize. Participants further agree that Sponsor has no obligation to maintain or return any entries or materials submitted.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time if fraud, technical failures, human error, tampering, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the winner from all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to the event giving rise to the cancellation. Sponsor may also disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration administered by JAMS (or a similar reputable arbitration organization) in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or, if arbitration is not available or enforceable, in the state or federal courts located in Worcester County or Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Each participant waives any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The arbitration or court proceedings shall take place in Massachusetts, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

11. PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY

Any personal information collected from participants in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, contacting potential winners, and fulfilling prize obligations, and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy (available upon request). By entering, you consent to such collection and use. Where lawful, by accepting the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Sponsor and participants regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings. If any provision of these Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. The headings in these Rules are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. A copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address listed in Section 1 with "Kayak Giveaway Official Rules Request" clearly marked on the envelope, or by DMing the request to @Daily.Fishing.Reels on Instagram. Requests for the winner's name (available after verification and acceptance) must be received within sixty (60) days after the drawing date and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
